Group Tour Terms & Conditions Release

I, the undersigned, do hereby grant to Christian Television Corporation, Inc. of Largo, FL, (CTN) my written permission to use for any purpose, a testimony which you record, whether in full or abbreviated form, whether in print or told verbally, as well as any reproduction of my likeness or voice in any form of media (including but not limited to television, video tape, recording, film, motion picture, radio, audio tape recording and literature), and do also grant, convey and relinquish to CTN, any and all rights that I may have because of such appearance. I will not, nor do I expect, to be compensated financially or by any other means for my services. This release shall be binding upon my heirs, personal representatives, successors, and assigns.

I understand and agree that while CTN may provide the opportunities for spiritual enrichment, it is in no way responsible for the actions, misdeeds, or omissions by any third parties, including other travelers, the tour guides, hotel personnel and transportation providers. Travelers may be traveling to countries and regions which may not be considered safe by American standards, and CTN cannot guarantee any traveler’s safety. CTN acts only as an agent for the traveler with respect to booking transportation, hotels, and other related travel services, and assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any personal injury, trauma, kidnapping, damage to property, death, or other harm which any traveler might experience.

I acknowledge that CTN assumes no liability for lost or damaged baggage and requires travel insurance which at minimum provides coverage for baggage loss, damage and delay, emergency accident/sickness medical expenses and emergency evacuation. I understand that CTN recommends but does not require Trip Cancelation coverage to refund my trip expenses in the event I must cancel my participation in this trip.

I understand that I can choose the insurance carrier and I’m responsible for its purchase equivalent. I understand that I cannot participate in this trip unless I have provided proof of insurance prior to two weeks of the trip departure date.

By purchasing tickets and making reservations for travelers, CTN assumes no duties to the traveler and is not responsible for any claim traveler may have against any airline carrier, transportation provider, hotel, or tour excursion. CTN reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, or change the tour in whole or in part any time, as it, in its sole absolute and complete discretion, may determine to be in the best interest of CTN. In the event the tour is cancelled, CTN will exercise reasonable efforts to recover payments made on the traveler’s behalf for transportation, hotels, and other related expenses. All monies recovered on the traveler’s behalf will be refunded to them; however, CTN cannot guarantee what amount, if any, shall be refunded. Any money not refunded will either be retained by the contracted associate (airline, hotel, etc.) or deemed to be a donation to CTN. CTN is not responsible for unexpected transportation delays and changes, nor liable for any additional expenses or loss of time which may be incurred.

I am medically able to travel on this tour.


CTN reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require a physician’s release for you to be able to join this tour.

In the event that you require emergency services while on tour, CTN will make a reasonable effort to connect you to whatever services you may need but is under no obligation to accompany you outside the scheduled activities of the tour.

I understand that CTN does not have additional staffing to provide assistance to me in the event that I am unable to care for myself due to either not being able to walk or needing assistance with pushing a wheelchair or needing to have a nurse or caretaker in the event of injury, debilitation, etc. that may occur during the trip. I understand that it is my obligation and financial responsibility to provide for any assistance I may need.

I understand that I am financially responsible to cover any and all associated costs in the event that I require any emergency or non-emergency medical services while on tour, and that it is solely up to me to initiate any reimbursement procedures with my trip insurance provider upon my return home.

CTN reserves the right to remove from the trip, at the participant’s own expense, anyone whose actions, at any point during the trip, do not display respect and goodwill towards other travelers, or whose physical condition or conduct negatively impacts the enjoyment of the other guests. The final decision will be determined based on the best interests of the group and made at CTN’s sole and absolute discretion.

I understand this CTN Tour is protected by Force Majeure, a provision in our contracts that frees both parties from obligation if an extraordinary event directly prevents one or both parties from realizing the agreements in registration. This could include, but not limited to events as airline strikes, national disasters, anything beyond either party’s control.

Upon advancement of the minimum $500.00 non-refundable deposit to CTN, I agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein expressed.

CTN shall not be responsible for any inadvertent errors in this packet, trip brochure or other descriptive materials.

I understand that the itinerary (daily tour program) is subject to change at any time without notice and for any reason without allowance of any refund.

This release includes CTN, each of its related and/or affiliate/sister corporations, companies, or organizations, and each of their officers, directors, members, managers, employees, contracted employees and contractors.

NOTE FOR TRAVELERS WHO ARE MINORS: If you are a minor (under eighteen years of age), you must be accompanied by a parent(s) or legal guardian. This section must be filled out and signed by your parent or legal guardian.
