Corporate is looking for a Full Time Network Operations Control Manager worker.
Primary Purpose:
As NOC manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our network control center. You will lead a team of network control operators including traffic and ingest to ensure the smooth functioning of our network infrastructure. This role requires extensive leadership abilities, technical expertise, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a fast-paced environment.
Required Education and Experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- 1. Lead and supervise a team of network control operators, traffic coordinators, and Ingest technicians providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective network operations.
- Monitor network performance and identify any anomalies or disruptions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, working closely with network engineers and the IT team to identify and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for network control operations, using best practices and compliance with company policies.
- Stay current with new technologies and industry trends in network control operations. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance network efficiency and reliability.
- Prepare and present regular reports and metrics on network performance, operational efficiency, and incident resolution to senior management.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning among team members.
- Learn all aspects of network operations, having the ability to cover any one area of NOC – when needed. There may be circumstances that call for filling in with one of the positions if there is an emergency with a team member and no one else can cover.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Eduction Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required, supplemented by vocational or technical training in broadcast or a related field; supplemented by two years of experience in broadcast or a related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
Specific License or Certification Required: Must possess and maintain a valid Florida driver’s license.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities:
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and network security.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex network issues.

- Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices and IT service management frameworks.
- Familiarity with network performance optimization techniques and technologies.
- Proficient in documentation and report writing.
