Our Mission

At the southern tip at the Sea of Galilee, where the River Jordan flows, sits The Yardenit: an historically celebrated baptismal site welcoming more than 900,000 pilgrims annually for 40+ years.

These sacred waters where John the Baptist once baptized his cousin, Jesus the Christ, are hallowed ground.  Which is precisely why the calling to create The Prayer Garden at Yardenit to unite Christians and Jews has been heeded.
