WHO WE ARE Christian Fitness was birthed from a burden concerning the sedentary lifestyle that many have adopted not fully realizing the negative affect it is having on their physical health, with Christians being no exception. Our hope is that you'll be encouraged to join us and have fun as we walk you through exercises for anyone at any fitness level.
We are all called to be disciples and to witness of His glory and
everlasting promise. In order to carry out this commission, we must be
spiritually and physically strong. God has opened the door for Christian
Fitness to provide an opportunity to assist followers of Jesus to live a
healthier lifestyle. It is our prayer that this show blesses you and is an
inspiration to you and your family.
We
encourage you to honor Christ in all things and see yourself in his image. To
follow God in what he has called you to do.

Prayer of Salvation Dear God, I am a sinner and need forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ shed His precious blood and died for my sin. I am willing to turn from sin, I now invite Christ to come into my heart and life as my personal Savior. If you prayed this prayer, then you have trusted Jesus as your Savior, you have just begun a wonderful new life with Him. Read your bible everyday to get to know Jesus Christ better. Talk to God in prayer every day. Be baptized, worship, fellowship and serve with other Christians in a church where Christ is preached and the bible is the final authority. Tell others about Jesus Christ.
