Salmon Salad

Pan sear a filet of wild salmon, place it over a bed of fresh spinach leaves, add fresh strawberries, avocado, almond slices, orange slices, goat

cheese, a raspberry vinaigrette dressing and top it off with some Wasabi.

Fruit Parfait

This simple dessert is great tasting and a healthy alternative. Mix Blueberries, strawberries & watermelon with Kefir or low fat yogurt and ENJOY!
